Ok...even though i have over come my addiction to porn...i still seek sexual stuff from my girlfriend.  I restrian myself from doing anything but not to long ago i lost my head and i tried to touch her.  She kinda let me i guess, im not sure if she really let me or if she new.  (my guess is that she new and she let me) but the whole poin is that i dont want that.  I really really like her...i think that im even falling in love with her.  But i dont want to violate her in anyway.  BTW i did apologize for what i did to her

Two months now dude...im trying my hardest i really am.  I would cut off my addiction for mabey two or three weeks then i would just have to see it again.  I hate it and i love it and i just cant get rid off my addiction no matter how hard i try.  Slowly it is getting better but i want to be over my addiction as soon as possible 
I love Ash...and i told myself that i wouldnt look at another girl ever as long as im with her.  Hell you know how many times ive already broken that promise?  I was clean for two weeks (apprx) and then about an hour 20 min ago i just had to look at it again.  Then i told my self enough is enough...i cant take it anymore.
There is very little that you can do for me now...but after eight years of being addicted to porn ive had enough of it.  Ive had enough of this crap and if there was ever a time were i needed your prayer the most...it would be now. 
Im losing my relationship with God...and by losing that relationship, ive been straying furth and further away from whats right again.
I need you guys more than ever now.  plz pray

Dude, have you considered the fact that your girlfriend might like porn too? Ask her, if she does, you could watch porn together, and if not, and you really do just want to stop, try cutting off all your sources to it. The internet is a very easy way for you to access free explict material, so that's what you need to take care of first; have someone set up some kind of child filter on your comp and have them not tell you the password. If you absolutely need to access a site with nudity, say, for... like an art project or something, have the person that set up your child filter to unblock that one site, and that way you'll never be able to visit an explict site for erotic reasons.

To be honest, I don't really know that much about pornography because I don't indulge in it myself, but I'm fairly certain that all other sources (theaters/videos/magazines) cost money, so basically you should be able to stay away from that stuff just because you want your wallet staying healthy.

Do you seek out porn because you aren't completely sexually satisifed? If you really have a fetish and want to try it out, just ask your girlfriend, there is no harm in asking, unless it's REALLY crazy.

um scrase? he wants to QUIT the addiction... not involve his girlfriend. and im pretty sure ash wouldnt like the idea anyway... he HAS to use the internet because all of his retarded teachers assign internet homework. and  if you knew about what recently happened, you wouldnt think of suggesting that. thanks for trying to help though...

I didn't say he should cut out his internet completely, I said he should have parental blocks put onto his internet browser, and have a trusted third party keep the password for it from him. That way he'd be able to visit kosher sites.

Personally, I'm against porn. I think it shows that equality has not come as far as we'd like to think. I don't know what his reasons are for wanted to quit, other than offending his girlfriend. But if he hasn't asked her how she feels about it, how would he know? It's not the sort of thing most people will reflect in day to day life.

Have you sought help from people like your friends or family? How old are you by the way? And how old are these older guys?
