Lately my girlfriend has seem ind of distant from me...like whenever we are in the hall ways she would pass me up without even saying a word to me.  Or like tosay we went to a school thing together and i only went cause i new that she was ganna be there...so like for the first 45 min of the thing she dosnt even come up to me to say hi to me or anything. so it was like to her i didnt even exist...plus some other stuff that happened...but idk what to do...im just another guy trying to make his relationship work and i really need some help =[

Yep, by this point, I think it's prudent to say that you're pretty much screwed in this relationship. It seems as though she's lost interest in you. Or the spark that she found in you that made you attractive to her is gone. Frankly, when interests die out, then there's not much you can really do...
