Condom + Cabeza= Really bad idea.
I say that one should always use protection and never double up*. Better yet, don't have sex with someone unless you're prepared to deal the the possible consequences. But, since people aren't rational creatures, they should at least use condoms.Besides, the world is sickly overpopulated as it is.

*Decreases effectiveness.
